Paula Hinton Aromatherapy - Therapies to Help You Relax, Unwind and Feel Like YOU Again

About Us
My name is Paula Hinton and I started my business, Paula Hinton Aromatherapy, in 2007 based at the Calm Cabin situated in the garden of my home in Allington, Lincolnshire.

As a Clinical Aromatherapist with a passion for essential oils I began my journey wanting to make aromatherapy available to everyone. I haven't stopped learning from that day to this and as a result I have several other therapies to offer, but all with a strong emphasis on essential oil use. As always there are new, and very exciting things happening here, so keep checking this website to keep up to date.

Aromatherapy is still my passion and I try to incorporate essential oils into the majority of treatments on offers to let you reap the benefits of their therapeutic effects. This adds to the bespoke treatment I provide for each individual client including blending oils and creams to be used at home.

I am  well regarded in the field of aromatherapy and have taught this and various other subjects on a foundation degree course and I write a regular column on the subject for a local magazine.

Many people believe aromatherapy to be just about lovely smells and a relaxing massage - but there is so much more to it than that. I tailor your treatment to suit your individual need because I believe no two people are the same. Essential oils can be a valuable addition to any treatment of physical ailments, such as bad backs, arthritis, psychological problems including anxiety, depression and insomnia. Of course I also strive to create an atmosphere to promote spiritual well-being - a perfect time for you to relax, unwind and de-stress.
